工作内容Content of the Internship
包括但不局限于以下职责：
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1.协助项目团队开展项目日常工作，包括项目报告撰写、协助会议和培训的安排、参与调研等；
Coordinate project staff to conduct daily work, including report writing, assisting in meeting and training arrangement, participating project research etc.;
2.按项目团队要求，参与项目点考察及驻点工作，实时收集项目进展以及宣传资料；
According to the request of the project, assist in project survey and material collection;
3.协调与宣传团队的合作，能与宣传团队相互配合，做好项目的宣传工作；
Coordinate and cooperate with communication team, and achieve good results in the project communication work;
4.按照要求辅助完成项目相关产出的收集和整理；
Provide assistance to finish relevant project’s output as required;
5按照CI提供的模板提交工作报告。
To submit monthly performance reports in format specified by CI.
能力要求Requirements:
1.生态保护、淡水及环境相关专业优先，热爱自然，对生态环境保护有浓厚的兴趣和一定的了解；
Majoring in ecological protection, freshwater and environment conservation relevant discipline is preferred. Love the nature, strong interests and certain knowledge on ecological and environmental protection;
2.流利的中英文读写水平，有较强的中英文撰写能力；
Fluent reading and speaking in both Chinese and English with excellent writing capacity;
3.能应用Word/Excel/Powerpoint及其他办公软件；
Good command in Word/Excel/Powerpoint and other office software;
4.有良好的沟通交流能力，优秀的团队合作精神；
Good communication capacity with excellent team-work spirit;
5.尊重不同的文化和信仰，具有与政府、NGO、少数民族社区合作的经验与能力；
Be respectful to various culture and religious beliefs. Have experience and strong capacity in cooperating with government, NGOs and ethnic minority communities;
6.工作耐心、认真细致，有较强的责任心和事业心；
Be patient, attention to details, be responsible and dedicated to work;
7.身体健康，愿意并能够胜任到偏远山区出差。
Good health condition. Be willing and able to travel to the remote areas.
