七桥瓮湿地使者行动第十一天

今天上午，绿石培训师桂林、谷燕燕带领队员们做团队考验的游戏，在热身小游戏之后是考验团队默契度、信任度、决策力、执行力等各方面能力的大游戏——盲阵。游戏之后大家分享了个人心得，发现了作为一个团队大家存在的一些问题，并表示将改正缺点，在最后的亲自园游会时，以更好的状态举办这个活动，展示良好的团队风采。
下午，队员们继续完成标本制作的工作，制作完成的植物标本将在亲自园游会作为我们的成果的一项展示，并在现场活动中赠与参与活动的家庭收藏。

队员日志：
第一次做盲阵的游戏，听起来还挺玄乎的，一开始很怀疑这个游戏的难度，听说以前玩过这个游戏的队伍都要花半个小时以上的时间，很好奇啊~游戏的结果证明了这个游戏的难度，不得不让人信服它是很考验人的~
我们完成这个游戏用时45分钟，过程中遇到许多困难，有争执，有失败的尝试，终于在最后还是比较成功的完成了游戏。作为一个团队的行动，这大概是一个比较普遍的情况，虽然料到了游戏的结果，但是游戏中我还是会着急，会担心，从中也得到了重要的启示：
1.同一个目的可以有多种不同的实现方式，差别就在于找出其中最有效的途径。
2.虽然实践是检验真理的唯一标准，但是行动之前需要思考，有效的充分的思考是提高效率的保障。
3.有思想固然重要，但是不要做语言的巨人行动的矮子。
4.每个人都有自己的思想，如果都固执己见，很容易将集体的事情做得半途而废，所以要将自己融入集体，打磨出集体智慧的结晶。
5.信任是重要的合作精神，给与队友一定的才能发挥个人的长处为集体做正确的事情。
