信息技术支援主任/副主任(驻广州)
职责描述:
•    确保信息技术操作能符合机构相关的政策和标准;
•    支援系统和网络管理、配置、安装、维护和备份工作;
•    支援网络安全、系统监控、性能优化和质量规划管理工作;
•    协助推行及实施新的应用系统;
•    为用户提供技术支持;
•    负责系统变更管理,制定测试计划和协调用户测试验收等。

要求
•    本科学历,计算机科学或信息技术相关专业
•    申请主任职位需三年或以上服务器及网络管理经验,熟悉微软系统、 Linux、 SharePoint、 Lotus Notes 操作和防火墙控制管理优先考虑)
•    扎实的网络及服务器支援知识
•    具敬业精神,责任心强,学习能力强
•    良好沟通和协调能力,崇尚团队合作

受残疾影响儿童一对一资助计划(CADA Program) 市/州项目办主管 (需驻点陕西,甘肃或湖北项目办)
职责描述:
•    项目设计和管理:根据前期评估和总体3-5年的项目设计,设立项目办并制作年度项目设计和预算、执行和监测项目活动及提供财务和项目报告。协助项目经理评估项目;
•    做好财务管理﹕监督项目资金合理运用﹐作好财务预算﹐控件目财务状况,确保项目财务运作符合宣明会财务标准;
•    处理好资助关系﹕收集儿童资料和监督资助关系数据的准确及适时性﹐确保受助儿童达到资助关系业务标准。按时,准确提交有关的资料及报告。促进资助童与资助人的一对一关系及接待资助人到访;
•    与政府建立关系﹕建立并维护与有关政府部门和合作伙伴的关系﹐建立适时有效的沟通和合作;
•    员工发展:发展及培训项目工作人员,让他们可以有能力执行项目;建立员工间的团队精神;建立一个有开放沟通、开阔思想、主动及诚实地提出建议、及学习的团队;
•    维持项目办公室之日常运作;
•    直接向 CADA Program 的项目经理负责及汇报,执行项目经理指派的其它工作。

要求:
•    专科或以上学历;
•    三至四年项目管理经验;
•    良好人际交往能力;
•    良好书面和口头沟通技巧;
•    良好的催化技能;
•    良好的解决问题的能力;
•    成熟;
•    拥有在项目管理工作经验;
•    拥有跨文化工作/生活经验;
•    拥有管理和监督人员的经验。

Finance Shared Service (FSS) Team Leader (Based at Guangzhou)
Responsibilities
To centralise transactional finance data and activities using standardised processes including:
•    Programs /Project Financial Reports;
•    Programs/Project Financial Scorecards;
•    Data consolidations;
•    Accounts payable;
•    Accounts receivable;
•    Expense claims;
•    Bank reconciliations.

The position will also be responsible for recruiting, manage and develop the FSS team; ensure that effective risk mitigation is in place during transitions; maintain high standard of internal control over transactional finance, develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders; to ensure that service delivery is fully aligned with business needs, introduce appropriate operational metrics to monitor and improve accuracy and efficiency of FSS activities; continuous improvement programme to simplify and automate processes; for better quality at lower cost.

Requirements
•    University education in finance or accounting;
•    Qualified accountant or extensive relevant experience;
•    5 years’ experience of running a finance team, ideally in a shared services environment; Experience of successful change management;
•    ERP literate;
•    Good quality spoken and written English and Putonghua.

Program Officer / Assistant Program Officer (Based in Suizhou, Hubei)

To help the children and their communities in a designated location in Mainland China, by providing overall leadership and management for programs, and to be responsible for the overall realization of program effectiveness, efficiency and accountability. Through the development process among children, families and communities, to overcome the obstacles that prevent them from living life in all its fullness; ensures that the process of positive change continues long after World Vision has left.

Responsibilities
•    Program management: lead the project team to implement activities according to design,annual plan, which also are in line with development principles and policies;
•    Team management: manage the project team with good morale, passion and high efficiency. Successors / future leaders are expected to be developed in the long-run;
•    Finance management: ensure the project is running with appropriate utilization of funding resource and good accountability;
•    Sponsors relationship: lead the team to ensure that sponsors relation standards are followed and donors are satisfied;
•    Relations and networking: ensure a working relationship that eventually leads to transforming among the counterparts and stakeholder.

Requirements
•    Degree holder;
•    At least 4 years' work experience is required for the position of Program Officer; applicants with 3 years' work experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Program Officer;
•    Mature with good interpersonal and communication skills;
•    Committed to serve the underprivileged;
•    Able to work independently in challenging physical environment;
•    Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) and English;
•    Competent in Chinese Microsoft Office;
•    Understanding of the China context;
•    Need to reside in Mainland China.

DME Team Members (Based at project sites at county level)

Purpose of the Team:
This team engages in developing and refining DME (Design, Monitoring, Evaluation) standards, process and materials; monitoring the progress of development projects, evaluating  programme impact and sustainability; providing capacity building training for quality assurance to WV program teams.

Critical tasks for the DME Team are setting up the DME system and facilitating stakeholders to value, have appropriate capacities for and undertake their own activities of development projects, and to link those into an overall M&E system of programme effectiveness and sustainability.

Responsibilities:
•    Assess, design, monitor and evaluate programs with WV standards and accountability measures;
•    Provide timely and relevant analysis, progress report, recommendations, technical support and assistance to program leadership and staff;
•    Cooperate with other offices of WV to ensure development and implementation of best practice in the field;
•    Provide learning events and quality assurance initiatives, as well as inputs to the organization’s capacity building programs;
•    Innovate, research and document valuable development practices in China context.

Requirements:
•    Bachelor degree with subject in community development, or with related academic background in education, sociology, anthropology or human geography or environment sciences, etc.; However, a Master degree in development related field,labour migration with research training background is preferable;
•    Proven experience in the development-related field is required;
•    Research experience on migration issues and child well-being will be given high consideration;
•    Work experience in programme quality assurance is preferable;
•    High degree of planning and organizational abilities; written and verbal communication and relational skills; networking, persuasion and negotiation skills;
•    Ability to work gracefully under pressure;
•    Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) and English is a must;
•    Reside and work in challenging physical environment with different teams in Mainland China; frequent travel may be required;
•    Applicants with lesser experience will be considered as DME trainee. The DME trainee will participate in systematic training including personal development, leadership, development knowledge and program management for WV programs in an assigned location. Applicant who comes out successfully after the training and with proven performance results would eventually lead a pathway to a technical specialist in quality assurance team.
