保护国际基金会实习生招募

招募职位：淡水保护和社区发展项目全职实习生
Job Title: Full-time Internship for Freshwater Conservation and Community Development Project

工作地点：成都
Working place: Chengdu

工作时间：2014年4月15日至2015年4月14日（可协商，不短于半年）
Period: From April 15th, 2014 to April 14th, 2015 （Negotiable, but at least 6 months）

工作内容
Content of the Internship

包括但不局限于以下职责：
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
•协助淡水保护和社区发展项目团队开展项目日常工作，包括项目报告撰写、协助会议和培训的安排、参与调研等；
Coordinate freshwater conservation and community development team to conduct daily work, including report writing, assisting in meeting and training arrangement;
•按项目团队要求，参与项目点考察，实时收集项目进展资料，以及项目宣传资料；
According to the request of the project, assist in project survey and material collection;
•协调与宣传团队的合作，能与宣传团队相互配合，做好项目的宣传工作；
Coordinate and cooperate with communication team, and achieve good results in the project communication work;
•按照要求辅助完成项目相关产出的收集和整理；
Provide assistance to finish relevant project’s output as required;
•按照CI提供的模板提交工作报告。
To submit monthly performance reports in format specified by CI.

要求Requirements:
•热爱自然，对生态环境保护有浓厚的兴趣和一定的了解；
Love the nature, with strong interests and certain knowledge on ecological and environmental protection;
•流利的中英文读写及口语水平，文笔优美
Fluent reading and speaking in both Chinese and English with excellent writing capacity;
•能熟练应用Word/Excel/Powerpoint及其他办公软件；
Familiar with Word/Excel/Powerpoint and other office softwares;
•有良好的沟通交流能力，优秀的团队合作精神；
Good communication capacity with excellent team-work spirit;
•尊重不同的文化和信仰，具有与政府、NGO、少数民族社区合作的经验与能力；
Be respectful to various culture and religious beliefs. Have experience and strong capacity in cooperating with government, NGOs and ethnic minority communities;
•工作耐心、认真细致，有较强的责任心和事业心；
Be patient, attention to details, be responsible and dedicated to work;
•身体健康，愿意并能够胜任到偏远山区出差；
Good health condition. Be willing and able to travel to remote areas;
