国际小母牛项目组织是一家非营利机构，于1944年创立于美国阿肯色州小石城。她致力于同社区合作，通过向贫困农户提供各种创收增产的畜禽、技术培训和以价值为基础的社区综合发展模式实现减缓贫困和保护环境的目的。自1984年以来，小母牛中国项目已经在全国16个省区成功的帮助成千上万个乡村家庭摆脱贫困。
