15th March: The start of Green Campus Project
including the energy consumption survey in Green Campus

The 1st workshop and discussion on Climate Change
Mid April:
CYCAN will be divided into 4 working groups to study and provide training to the nearby key universities in Chengdu, Guangzhou, Xian, and Beijing. The training will last for two days.
The first day: To have a Q & A session on the Green Campus Project at the key universities
The second day: A promotion session on Climate Change
Late April:
1. To initiate the Sweden solar power BAR activity; the 2nd workshop and discussion on Climate Change
2. To develop the CYCAN university energy consumption database
3. To launch promotion campaign and to encourage English learning on Climate Change
Mid May:
1. Submission of survey results from all key universities; the CDM club from Peking University shall start analyzing the results.
2. Deadline of photo submission. Selection process follows.
Mid June:
1. Completion of data analysis on energy consumption of the key universities.
2. Full construction of the CYCAN university energy consumption database.
3. End of Climate Change photo activity.
4. The 3rd workshop and discussion on Climate Change.
Late June:
Input of energy consumption data into database.
Early July:
Temporary completion of the database.
Mid July:
The 1st CYCAN Annual Meeting (China – Chengdu)
3月15日绿色校园项目启动
包括：绿色校园能耗数据调研
宣传倡导项目－－气候变化校园图片征集
第二期中国青年气候变化意识调查
3月下旬：
学习机制首次沙龙
4月中旬：
CYCAN将分为4个工作组赴成都、广州、西安、北京、南京对五个城市周边的试点高校进行绿色校园调研培训，培训分为两天。
第一天：主要为试点高校解答绿色校园项目的疑问进行培训。
第二天：为气候变化推广会。
4月下旬：
1接待瑞典太阳能BAR活动。并举行学习机制第二次沙龙。
2开始搭建CYCAN高校能耗数据库
3开展宣传倡导性活动，气候变化英语学习
5月中旬：
1.各个试点高校提交调研结果，北大CDM开始数据分析。
2.图片征集结束，开始评选。
6月中旬：
1.高校能耗数据分析报告完成。
2.数据库搭建结束。
3。图片征集活动结束。
4.第三次学习机制沙龙
6月下旬
数据库数据录入
7月上旬
数据库基本完成
7月中旬
