　　PSI中国项目自2003年成立以来,开拓性地以社会营销的方式开展艾滋病和疟疾预防项目。为了降低艾滋病病毒在高危人群中的感染,我们在艾滋病高发的云南省和广西自治区,针对女性性工作者及注射吸毒者等主要目标人群实施艾滋病预防项目。
　　2007年,我们在云南省疟疾多发地区启动了疟疾预防项目以减少疟疾的发病率。

　　Population Services International (PSI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the health of low-income and vulnerable people. PSI promotes products and services through innovative private sector approaches and promotes healthy behavior through targeted communication strategies. Founded in 1970 and based in Washington, D.C., PSI has programs in malaria, reproductive health, child survival and HIV in more than 60 countries.
　　Since PSI/China was set up in 2003, we have been pioneering social marketing in HIV and malaria prevention programs.
　　To reduce HIV infection, PSI/China implements its programs with highly vulnerable groups, primarily Female Sex Workers (FSWs) and Injecting Drug Users (IDUs) in Yunnan and Guangxi provinces, where the prevalence of HIV ranks high in the country.
　　In 2007, PSI/China launched a malaria prevention project in the most affected areas of Yunnan to reduce the occurrence of malaria.
　　In order to support program expansion, we are recruiting for a "Communication/training Officer" to be based in Kunming. 　　交流/培训官员直接向PSI中国项目技术支持副主任报告。他/她将通过开发信息宣教（IEC）材料和培训等活动对整个中国项目在行为改变交流策略方面提供技术支持。同时，他/她还应确保项目运作和管理层有效沟通， 并且管理层能够及时获得项目相关信息。除具备相关学历及工作经验外，应聘人需具备出色的协调能力及人际沟通技巧。PSI不鼓励划分等级的行为，要求所有员工在工作岗位上积极主动，强调各职能部门间相互合作配合。
　　Job description of Communication/training Officer
　　The Communication/Training Manager will report to PSI/China's Deputy Director for Technical Support. His/her role will ensure that field operations and senior management communicate effectively, and that Senior management has easy and timely access to program-related information. He/she will provide strong support in behavior change communication through developing IEC materials and training. He/She will demonstrate outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills. At PSI, one of the hallmarks is that employees at all levels take the initiative on their own, hierarchical behaviors are discouraged and boundaries between functions are minimized.

　　1.Develop IEC materials to support the implementation of all PSI/China's social marketing campaigns in its HIV prevention program and malaria program. 开发项目所需的IEC材料，支持PSI艾滋病和疟疾预防项目执行其社会营销和行为改变策略。

　　1.Assist product marketing team to achieve the coverage expansion of our target populations 协助市场部门开展培训以提高产品在高危人群中的覆盖率
　　2.Introduce PSI products and train partner NGOs or government health sectors推广PSI产品并对NGO以及政府卫生部门等合作单位进行培训
　　3.Ensure the right product proposition and usage 确保产品的介绍和使用说明正确无误
　　4.Plan out training activities toward partners as well as direct targets on a quarterly basis with research team 和调研部共同策划针对合作伙伴和目标人群的培训活动

　　1.Communicates effectively about PSI/China activities through various channels (website, newsletters, others), to a variety of audiences (general public, donors, partners, other audiences).
