大家好，我是哈工大绿协！我的全称是：哈尔滨工业大学学生绿色协会。
很高兴能够加入GSEAN，以下是我的一些简单介绍，希望有机会能与大家合作，一同环保。

哈尔滨工业大学绿色协会是隶属于哈工大团委的一个学生社团。她于1997年3月由一群满怀热情、热爱环保的大学生组建而成。12年来，协会茁壮成长，现已发展成为黑龙江省最具影响力的社团。
绿色协会秉承“保护环境，播种绿色，奉献爱心，造福人类”的宗旨，肩负起环境保护的责任和使命，立足校园，面向社会,领导并推动普通市民、大中小学生和各界人士参与环保活动，倡导绿色的生活方式和随手之间的环保行为。通过宣传教育、调查研究和系列行动，为改善哈尔滨乃至全国的环境问题贡献着我们的一点力量。
品牌活动
大学生绿色教育——荒野行动
“中国大学绿色教育——哈工大荒野行动”是由哈工大环境与社会研究中心主任叶平教授发起，学生绿色协会负责组织的一项野外考察活动。始于2000年5月1日，利用每年五一、十一假期组织大学生赴自然保护区和环境问题热点地区进行实地考察。通过走近荒野、认识自然和环境、社会、经济问题调查，提高学生的综合素质和野外生存、团结协作能力，培养大学生的绿色意识和生态伦理观念。至今共组织18届，参与3000多人次，考察地点包括兴凯湖，科尔沁，三江湿地，向海自然保护区、铁力、太平沟、赤峰、沾河、尖坎子湿地、高峰林场、小兴安岭带岭林区、嫩江高峰鸟类环志站、哈拉海、凉水自然保护区、带岭林场等数十个地点。
大型植树活动
植树是我们影响力最大的活动，领导并推动普通市民、大中小学生和各界人士参与植树活动，致力于改善人们生活的环境。至今共组织八届，参与者达16000多人次，植树65000余棵，成活率都在70%以上，03年达到97%以上。植树活动受到了社会各界的关注，多家媒体单位进行了报道，在社会上引起了较大反响。哈尔滨市林业局在道里区榆树乡建立以绿色协会名义命名的哈尔滨学生植树护树基地。
环境教育
在哈尔滨市各中小学校及幼儿园，进行了环境教育宣传（“环教”）活动，活动使大中小学生及幼年儿童了解到环境破坏的现状，资源的匮乏，提高他们保护环境节约资源的意识，提供了“举手做环保”的多种途径，并鼓励他们向家长宣传环保。十多年来共开展环教240余场，参与者多达万余人次，平均每15天就又一场环教，覆盖了包括哈尔滨地段小学、行知中学、轴二小学、市工程小学、哈尔滨市香坊区东风小学、经纬小学、教化幼儿园等哈市80%以上的中小学。
六五世界环境日的宣传活动
每年6.5之际，组织大型的校内外宣传活动，以各种形式向同学们和广大市民宣传环境保护的知识。通过该活动，唤醒人们的环保意识，号召大家“举手做环保”，以实际行动为环保贡献出自己的一点力量。至今为止，曾在哈尔滨火车站、中央大街、革新广场、儿童公园等地开展过形式各样的宣传活动，受到了广大市民的称赞。
学长的火炬
每年绿协在期末时收集毕业生及学长用过的书籍，或者其他物品，开学初传递给新生及学弟学妹，或者其他需要的人。倡导“节约树木有形资源”、“传递知识无穷力量”！该活动是由一汽丰田全程赞助支持的大学生物品捐献传递大行动，通过书籍的捐献及传递活动，在大学生中宣传节约环保理念，使学子们认识到节约能源的重要性，在自己的身体力行中执行节俭、养成节约习惯。
回收旧报纸，献爱心活动
绿协开展了校内的回收旧报纸活动，把回收费作为爱心来帮助贫困学生。让每个人参与到活动来，用我们的行动唤起更多人的环保意识和爱心！2008年1月资助了贫困学生回家车费，2008年5月17日，第一时间向四川灾区捐献了回收旧报纸所得的钱共1114元，受到了学生的好评。、
绿色公寓
绿协提出绿色公寓概念，与校基础学部、公寓管理中心和节能办一起，建设绿色公寓！在哈工大第二校区，以公寓内的绿色环保为主题，通过在公寓内建立健全回收系统，建立绿色基金，设立漂书角，缩小马桶水箱，睡前关灯，绿色寝室评比，环保标识征集大赛，调查一天用水量,调查公寓碳排放量，世界无烟日宣传等一系列活动，打造健康节约环保的绿色公寓新形象，促进哈工大的公寓文化建设，提高工大同学的环保意识。

The Students’ Green Union of HIT is one of the students associations which are affiliated with HIT Committee of Communist Youth League and was founded by a group of passionate students who had a deep concern about the environmental protection. The Union has thrived and become one of the most influential associations in Heilongjiang Province for eleven year since its foundation.
Following the tenet that “Protect the environment, seminate greenness, dedicate our love and benefit human beings”, the Green Union determines to shoulder the responsibility and mission of environmental protection. With its base on the campus, the Union faces the whole society to lead and drive the common citizens, students, pupils and people of all circles to take part in the campaigns of environmental protection. We also sparkplug the green life style and convenient actions of environmental protection to devote our effort to improving the environmental condition in Harbin, and even in the whole country by publicizing, research and investigation, and series of activities.
II. Activities
Green Education for Students— The Wild Action
“Green Education in Chinese Universities —The Wild Action of HIT” is a wild observation initiated by Professor Ye Ping, the director of the Research Center of Environment and Society, and organized by the Green Union. The Wild Action was started on May 1st, 2000, and the Green Union utilizes the holidays of every Labor Day and National Day to organize students to carry out the observation of the protection zones and the hotspot places of the environmental problems. Through approaching to the wilderness, and investigating environmental, social and economical problems, the students have improved their all-round qualities, including the ability of field survival, the ability of uniting and cooperating, as well as cultivated their green consciousness and notions about ecology and ethics. The Wild Action of HIT has been organized for 18 times, in which about 30000 people have participated. The places where we have been to include Xingkai Lake, Sanjiang Marsh, Xianghai Natural Protection Zone, Tieli County, Taiping Chimb, Chifeng County, Zhanhe River, Jiankanzi Marsh, Gaofeng Forestry Centre, Dailing Forest Area in Lesser Khingan Mountains, Nenjiang Gaofeng Aves Ring Mark Station, Halahai, Liangshui Natural Protection Zone and Dailing Forestry Centre, etc.
Large Campaigns of Tree Planting
Tree Planting campaign is our most influential activity and we lead and drive the common citizens, students, pupils and people of all circles to join in so as to improve people’s living condition. So far we have organized eight times and more than 16000 participants have all-together planted 65000 trees, 70% of which have survived, and the survival rate rose to more than 97% after 2003. Tree planting campaigns have caught the attention of the whole society, and some media put up reports that aroused great responses. The Harbin Students’ Tree Planting and Environmental Protection Base established by Harbin Forestry Bureau in Yushu Xiang, Daoli District is named after the Green Union.
Semination of Greenness —Environmental Protection Education
The Green Union has carried out campaigns of Environmental Protection Education in kindergartens, elementary schools and high schools. These campaigns let the children, pupils and students learn about the real condition of environmental deterioration and the shortage of resources, and increase their awareness of protecting the environment and saving resources. These campaigns have also offered a variety of ways of “raising your hands to protect the environment”, and encouraged them to publicize to their parents. For more than ten years, the Green Union has organized 240 environmental protection courses, with more than 10 thousand participants. There is one course in the average of 15 days which covers more than 80% of elementary schools and high schools, such as Harbin Diduan Elementary School, Xingzhi High School, Zhou-er Elementary School, City Engineering Elementary School, Dongfeng Elementary School of Xiangfang District, Harbin, Jingwei Elementary School, Jiaohua Kindergartern and so on.
The Publicizing Campaigns of the World Environment Day
On every June 5th, the Green Union organizes large campaigns on and outside campus to publicize the knowledge of environmental protection to the citizens and schoolfellows. Through such campaigns, the Green Union tries to arouse the consciousness of environmental protection, and calls on people to “raise their hands to protect the environment” to devote their effort to the course of environmental protection. Up to this day, the Green Union has organized various publicizing campaigns at Harbin Railway Station, Zhongyang Street, Gexin Squre, Children’s Park, which all receive warm welcome and compliments from the citizens.
The Torch of Senior Students
Every year at the end of semester, the Green Union would collect the used books or other articles from senior students and graduates handed them down to the freshmen or other people who need them at the beginning of new semesters. The Green Union sparkplugs to “Economize the tree resources” and “transfer the infinitude power of knowledge”. The campaign was sponsored all the way by Toyota of the First Automobile Company. Through this campaign, it is convenient to publicize the consciousness of environmental protection and encourage the habits of thrift among the students, as well as make them realize the importance of saving energy sources.
The Campaigns of Reclaiming Old Newspaper and Dedicating Love
The Green Union unfolds the campaigns of reclaiming old newspaper on campus, helps the students who need with the benefits from the reclaiming newspaper. The campaigns invite everyone to join in the campaigns to arouse their consciousness of environmental protection. The Green Union sponsored the fare for the students in need to return home in January, 2008 and contributed 1114 yuan RMB earned by reclaiming old newspaper to Sichuan Disaster Areas which were broadly praised by students.
The Green Apartments
The Green Union has put forward the concept of “green apartments” and constructed the green apartments with Department of Basic Science, Administration Center of Students Apartments and the Office of Saving Energy Sources. On the second campus, under the theme of the green and environmental protection inside the apartments, recycle systems have been established, for instance, setting up the green foundation, installing book corners, decreasing the size of the water tanks of close-stools, putting off the lights before going to sleep, appraising the green rooms through comparison, recruiting contests for logos of environmental protection, investigating the amount of water for one day’s usage, making study of the amount of carbon emission and publicizing the World No-smoking Day etc. Doing all this, we determined to build up a new image of healthy, economic and environmental friendly living condition, promote the construction of apartment culture, and boost the consciousness of environmental protection among the students of HIT.

The campaigns of green maps; CYCAN green campus; BYOC — popularizing the sheaths of chopsticks united with eleven associations from nine universities in Harbin; “NP” shopping bags of environmental protection; replacing paper cards with “fruit cards”; books driftage; garbage investigation in Harbin; protecting puppies; “a bit of green”; the patrol exhibition of Siberian Tigers; the facture of the caution cards of environmental protection; and recruiting the campus layouts, etc.
