现在我们正为以下的职位进行招募:
出版传播官员 (1名,三年合约驻北京) 出版传播官员(中国部)是PEPC团队中的一员,并向PEPC项目副经理负责。她/他需要与PEPC团队里的其他成员,其他团队的,以及乐施会的成员进行紧密合作,特别是与香港的PCC团队。 一、工作职责:
1.制定乐施会中国部出版传播及宣传物料的发展策略,并负责会同相关同事进行落实; 2.用出版及宣传物料等方式,推动乐施会机构品牌认可度、正面形象的传递及公众支持; 3.用出版及宣传物料等方式,支持乐施会的工作项目、倡导及活动项目及其他传播工作,包括提供出版、设计建议及相关培训等; 4.与合作伙伴合作设计、制作、发行出版物及宣传物料,如机构年报及宣传册等材料; 5.作为出版及设计方面的联络人,定期向内部同事更新出版及设计方面的外部资源信息; 6.协助PEPC团队进行中国部相关内部传播工作的沟通; 7.处理汇报经理交办的其他相关工作。
二、任职资格:
1.关心扶贫及社会发展议题,并有独到理解; 2.良好的品牌及视觉管理经验; 3.有平面设计技能者优先; 4.较强的中文写作能力; 5.创造性思维能力强; 6.注重细节; 7.既适应团队合作,也能独立开展工作。 如应聘者未能达到项目官员职级的要求,乐施会亦会考虑为其提供助理项目官员的职位。

We are recruiting the following member to join us in our anti-poverty work:
Communications Officer (Publications) – China Unit
(1 position, 3-year contract)
A. Location: Based in Beijing Office B. Responsible to: Deputy Public Education, Policy and Communications (PEPC) Manager - China Unit C. Relations with others: The Communications Officer (Publications) – China Unit is a member of the PEPC Team in China Unit and reports to the Deputy PEPC Manager - China Unit. S/He is required to work closely with other PEPC members, and also members of other teams and units of Oxfam Hong Kong (OHK), especially the PCC Team based in Hong Kong. D. Responsibilities: 1. To develop overall strategies for the publications work in the mainland China, together with other concerned fellow colleagues, teams and units of OHK;
2.To deliver the agreed strategies and operational plans with fellow colleague(s);
3.To promote brand recognition, positive profiling and public support for OHK and its work in the mainland China through publications;
4.To provide publications-related support to OHK’s programmes, advocacy/campaign and communications work through such as providing publications advice and organizing publications trainings;
5.To produce OHK publications and promotion materials to be published and distributed in the mainland China including annual reports and organization leaflets;
6.To support the production of OHK’s other publications and promotion materials, and also those of OHK’s partners;
7.To be the main contact point for local and international publishers in the mainland China, and to maintain an up-to-date list and other related information of the publishers for internal reference;
8.To assist PEPC Team in facilitating internal communications for China Unit with other units;
9.To undertake any duties, as appropriate to the post, as delegated by the line-manager.
E.Requirements: 1.Engaged in society development work and care about issues of poverty and injustice;
2.Proven record of branding or VI management;
3.Graphic design skills preferred;
4.Good writing skills in Chinese;
5.Able to think creatively;
6.Attentive to details;
7.Able to work well within a team environment as well as independently.
. If the candidate who fails to meet the requirements of Programme Officer, Oxfam will also consider to provide Assistant Programme Officer’s position.
No expatriate package will be provided for the position
