乐施会招聘社会性别项目官员(截止日期推迟为2012年5月20日)

乐施会是独立的国际发展及人道救援机构,致力于消除贫穷及导致贫穷的不公平状况。乐施会在世界各地以多元方法解决贫穷问题,包括推行社区可持续发展项目、人道救援及灾害防治工作、本土及国际政策倡导等。香港乐施会于1976年成立以来,已在全球70多个国家/地区开展工作。香港乐施会是乐施会国际联会的创会成员,乐施会国际联会的15个成员机构在全球92个国家开展工作。
现在我们正为以下的职位进行招募:
项目官员——社会性别
(1名,三年合约驻北京)


社会性别项目官员隶属于乐施会中国项目部项目支持团队,向项目支持团队经理汇报,并与社会性别团队其它成员、中国项目部其它团队、其他部门、还有国际乐施会成员共同工作。

一、工作职责:
1. 作为社会性别团队一员并承担团队经理分派的工作;
2. 由团队经理指导,推进中国的社会性别主题项目,并支持中国项目部跨团队的社会性别主流化工作;

3. 根据策略规划的进程、年度计划、相关的项目政策、行政及管理要求,促进项目及合作关系的发展;
4. 根据社会性别主流化指引,支持中国项目部跨团队的社会性别主流化工作,包括协作社会性别干预的策略性分析和项目设计、社会性别主流化的问责和学习。

二、任职资格:
1. 认同乐施会的宗旨及理念,尤其是社会性别公正及参与式发展战略;
2. 在社会性别分析和干预方面,具备战略性及批判性视角和实践的经验;
3. 具有2-3年民间组织工作经验,社会性别项目实践,尤其在妇女赋权及倡导的工作手法;
4. 成熟、可靠、有责任心、积极主动,具内驱力及高度学习能力,并能够独立工作;
5. 具备极强的团队精神,能够与不同背景的团队及人员合作;
6. 具备良好的中文阅读及写作能力,有运用英语沟通的能力;
7. 熟悉Office办公软件等计算机系统;
8. 能够经常出差。
如应聘者未能达到项目官员职级的要求,但基本符合助理项目官员职级要求的,乐施会亦会考虑为其提供助理项目官员的职位。
三、福利待遇

Oxfam is dedicated to fighting poverty and inequity worldwide. The international and independent development and humanitarian organisation tackles poverty in four main ways: sustainable development in poor communities, disaster relief, local and global advocacy, and education with Hong Kong youth. Established in Hong Kong in1976, Oxfam Hong Kong is a founding member of Oxfam, an international confederation that has assisted poor people in 92 countries. Oxfam Hong Kong alone has supported poor people in over 70 countries/regions.
We are recruiting the following member to join us in our anti-poverty work:

Programme Officer ——Gender
(1-position, based in Beijing office)
(3-year contract)


The Programme Officer——Gender is a member of the Programme Quality Support Team. S/he reports to the Manager —— Programme Quality Support and works with members of gender team, different teams in China Programme Unitdifferent Units and other Oxfams.  

A. Main Responsibilities
1. Specially assigned by the Programme Quality Support Team Manager to work in the gender team;
2. Led by the team manager, to advance gender program in <st1:country-region w:st="on">China, and to support the cross-team gender mainstreaming work within China Programme Unit
3. To contribute to programme and partnership development according to the processes and procedures of strategic planning, annual plan, relevant programme/project policies, administration and management requirements.
4. To provide support to the cross-team gender mainstreaming work within China Programme Unit according to the gender mainstreaming guidelines, ranging from facilitating strategic analysis and program design in gender intervention, to gender mainstreaming in accountability and learning.        

B. Requirements of the person:
1. Commit to Oxfam’s mission and vision. Especially gender justice and participatory development
2. Strategic and critical perspectives with practical knowledge and proven experiences of gender analysis and intervention.
3. At least 2-3 years of NGO working experiences in gender program, with the specialty of promoting women’s rights through empowerment approach and advocacy.  
4. Mature, reliable, responsible, self-motivated, with ability to work independently.
5. Possesses strong capacity to collaborate with people with diverse background in team work.
6. Fluency in written Chinese and spoken Putonghua is a must. Knowledge of English is required.
7. Ability to travel frequently as required.
Oxfam may consider offering a post of Assistant Programme Officer to the candidate who has good potential but does not meet the requirements of the post of Programme Officer at the time of application

C. Welfare:
Oxfam will provide the staff with generous welfare:
1.     Twenty days Annual Leave each year.
2.     Two days Paid Sick Leave each month.
3.     Five days Compassionate Leave each year.
4.     The Staff Incentive and Recognition Programme’s leave.
5.        Other leaves in addition to the legal holidays.
6.     Business Insurance in addition to the legal ” five social insurance and one fund”.  
7.     Staff self-development training support.
