Staff Development Manager

Are you a strategic HR professional who want to
make positive change for the world?
Are you excited to work with a group of
passionate activists and support them to campaign for a better
environment?

As Staff Development Manager of Greenpeace, you will help us
develop our staff so that they work in a more efficient and professional way.
Our campaigners need your support to coordinate learning programmes, career
development and global mobility. With your help our environmental campaigns will
be able to go to the next level and make a bigger impact.

Greenpeace
stands for positive change through action to defend the natural world and
promote peace. We are a global non-government organization with a presence in
over 40 countries. We have been campaigning for a sustainable future in Hong
Kong and mainland China for more than a decade. We have started our campaigns in
Taiwan and Korea in recent years.



Main responsibilities:



•        Be involved in the development of global HR strategy and
the implementation of the global HR strategy in East Asia (Hong Kong, Beijing,
Taipei, Seoul.

•        Develop and implement recruitment, staff
development and retention strategies.

•        Develop internship and/or
alumni programmes.

•        Develop mechanisms to evaluate the
effectiveness of the HR strategies and policies.

•        Give
orientation, train and develop the skills and core values and to provide better
career path for staff.

•        Analyse all training and development
needs. Plan, deliver and evaluate training programmes.  

•        Develop
and implement knowledge management strategy so that staff share more, capture
more and learn more.

应聘条件:

Who you are:

•        At least 5 years in managerial position/s in
HR.
•        A good understanding of financial matters would be an asset.

•        The person will be a dynamic, articulate person with exceptional
communication skills and fully conversant with Mainland China Employment laws
and practices.  
•        An international background and ability to relate
to Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan and Korea systems is equally
important.  
•        Has a service oriented attitude and be able to work
well under a fast pace and high-pressure environment.  
•        Good
communication skills in English, both written and spoken
necessary.
