“全球变暖安全威胁需纳入军事规划”
《路透社》周一引用英国国防参谋长的话报道说，军方应该在军事计划中考虑到气候变化所造成的安全威胁。

约克•斯蒂尔普说，全球变暖可能导致国家发展失衡并且造成严重的人道主义灾难。

斯蒂尔普对在伦敦的英国皇家国际事务研究所的智囊团说到：“只需粗略看看地图上那些极可能受到气候变化影响的地区，你就会立即被这样的事实所震惊。那就是今天这些地区正是脆弱，不稳定而且政府管辖较差的区域。"

Military "must plan for global warming"
The security threat posed by climate change is such that the military must consider it in their planning, Reuters reported the head of the UK&#39;s defence staff as saying on Monday.
Jock Stirrup said global warming could destabilise states and create major humanitarian disasters.

"Just glance at a map of the areas most likely to be affected [by climate change] and you are struck at once by the fact that they are exactly those parts of the world where we see fragility, instability and weak governance today," Reuters quoted Stirrup as telling the Chatham House think-tank in London.

"It seems to me rather like pouring petrol onto a burning fire," he added.
