　　东南亚的民间组织起步较早，组织形态和工作方法也相对成熟，在推动社会福利发展和促进公共利益方面起到了良好的作用。我们邀请了一位在东南亚工作多年的发展工作者，借他在昆明休假之际，请他介绍一下东南亚民间组织的发展状况。欢迎大家来参加，希望他的分享能够给我们的工作带来一些启发。

　　The development of non-governmental organization (NGOs) in Southeast Asia started much earlier than NGOs in China, thus their organizational structures and operating mechanisms are much more advanced, which has contributed significantly to the improvement of social welfare. This meeting we are inviting a developmental worker who has been working several years in Southeast Asia to introduce the historical and current situation of these NGOs and civil society groups. We believe his talk will bring some insights to our works.
