我已经回到北京一年了，现在作为CIM的国际顾问在中国的一家NGO倍能中心从事能力建设和公民社会发展方面的工作。

我们正在招聘一个项目官员，这个项目官员未来将和我一起负责刚刚审批的一个两年的项目，同时也参与我们倍能中心一些培训活动。新项目针对中国草根NGO组织. 它包括一系列综合性的NGO能力开发活动, 如: 建立学习网络, 培训, 辅导, 咨询, 互访, TOT, 等等

招聘要求：

- 认同支持草根NGO发展的理念

- 3年以上的NGO直接工作经验，最好也有一些培训经验。

- 愿意长期从事这项工作，并且可以尽快开始。

As you may know, I am back in Beijing since almost a year, working as an international CIM advisor with the Chinese NGO Capacity Building and Assessment Center (CBAC) on NGO capacity building and civil society development.

At present we are looking for a project officer based in Beijing, who will be primarily working with me in implementing and developing new projects as well as supporting our ongoing training activities. The recently approved project is a comprehensive 2-year program, which targets Chinese grass-roots NGOs and aims to provide a set of comprehensive support measures, including mutual learning (establishing learning networks), trainings in NGO management basics, consultancies, cross visits as well as a ToT component.

The program officer should have a strong commitment towards supporting Chinese (grass-roots) NGOs, at least three years of hands-on NGO experience, and ideally some experience as a trainer. We are looking for someone who is able to start working for us soon and who is committed to working with us on a long-term basis. At the same time, CBAC is prepared to provide sufficient opportunities for professional development, an inspiring and joyful working environment, a reasonable salary and a social insurance package.
