中文简介
中国名称：中国高校护鸟联盟或中国学生鸟盟，英文名称:China Students for Birdlife。是一个大学生自愿组成的高校非营利性社会组织。本组织致力于推广观鸟活动，通过中国高校护鸟联盟推动全国各大高校环保社团在保护鸟类及其栖息地方面的交流与合作，把保护鸟类及其栖息地的良好经验与理念推广到全国各大高校，协助各个地区建立本地的鸟类保护与宣传教育项目，构建中国保护鸟类及其栖息地的宣教网络。引导公民去认识与保护鸟类及其栖息地，提高公民保护鸟类及其栖息地的意识，为建设人鸟和谐人境和谐的社会而努力。
主要活动包括：组织会员开展观鸟活动，开展与鸟类及其栖息地相关的研究及学术交流活动；举办暑期观鸟营和中国高校护鸟联盟的合作论坛；开展长期的鸟市调查，调查中国各个地区的鸟类交易情况，为后期的环教与宣传打下坚实基础；开展中国各大高校和中小学的保护鸟类及其栖息地的宣传教育活动；与政府相关机构合作，严厉打击非法捕鸟与卖鸟的行为；定期做全国各个地区的鸟类及其栖息地的调查报告，追踪中国各地鸟类及其栖息地的情况；提供与鸟类及其栖息地保护相关的业务咨询和技术服务；与国内外观鸟组织和自然保护组织合作与交流；寻求社会各界支持，接受社会捐赠，为保护野生鸟类及其栖息地募集资金；定期举办联盟网络会议；管理济溪论坛鸟盟版块；制作联盟季刊《鸟与梦飞翔》等。

Chinese name：中国高校护鸟联盟或中国学生鸟盟
English Name: China Students for Birdlife。
This is a non-profit social organization organized by college students .It is devoted to the promotion of birdwatching. Its main activities are to motivate the universities of China to communicate and cooperate with each other in the protection of birds and their habitats and also to spread that experience and idea over the universities of China.; To help different places to set the educational projects on bird-protecting and its publicity; to establish a publicity and education network on the protection of birds and their habitats. Through this, China Students for Birdlife devote itself to guiding the general public to realize the importance of bird-protecting and to take action, to improving the citizens’ consciousness of the protection of birds and their habitats, and to promote the harmonious relationship between birds and human beings.
China Students for Birdlife’s main activities: to organize its members to do birdwatching; to hold the research and academic communication about birds and their habitats; to hold the summer’s birdwatching camps and the cooperation forums among universities’ bird-protecting unions in China.; to do the bird-market research on the bird-selling in a long run in different places of China in order to ground for the following environment education and publicity; to carry out the publicity and education activities among China’s primary schools, middle schools, colleges and universities; to cooperate with government’s relevant departments to crack down those who catch and sell birds illegally; to do the research and the follow-up study regularly about the conditions of birds and their habitats throughout China; to provide the consultation and technical service related to the birds and their habitats; to cooperate and communicate with the domestic bird-watching organizations and the nature conservation groups; to collect funds through seeking for the social supporting and accepting the social donations; to hold the union’ net meetings regularly; to manage the China Students for Birdlife’s column in the Jixi BBS; to make the union’ quarterly publication like Birds Flying with the Dream, etc.
China Students for Birdlife consists of supervision board, Director-General, secretary-general, standing director and councilman. Its members are from the colleges’ and universities’ environmental protection organizations and school students in China.

1、管理团队结构
结构：监督委员会、理事长+秘书长、常务理事（三人）、期刊负责人＼期刊团队。
简单说明：监督委员会----理事长、秘书长----常务理事----理事----会员，理事长、秘书长各一名，常务理事三名，理事主要为各理事社团观鸟护鸟项目组主管、部长。常务理事常设三名，负责鸟盟的各项基本管理工作，主要有济溪论坛鸟盟版块的日常管理、鸟盟大讲堂、每月鸟盟会议、鸟盟常设项目、通知发布及与各理事社团的沟通联系。上一届鸟盟团队的话，三名常务理事为兰大绿队灰喜鹊，夏大绿野闲云，江农绿源红隼，分管职责为：灰喜鹊主要负责鸟盟大讲堂、每月会议，闲云主要负责通知发布及与各理事社团的沟通联系，红隼主要负责济溪论坛鸟盟版块的日常管理、鸟盟常设项目。上一届期刊负责人为兰大绿队大米，期刊负责人可召集期刊团队，鸟盟期刊团队负责鸟盟期刊《鸟与梦飞翔》的制作。
2011至2012届鸟盟管理团队，理事长江农绿源红隼（黄震），秘书长兰大绿队灰喜鹊（兰飞帆），常务理事及期刊团队换届已经完成，三个常务理事分别为厦大绿野的风野，浙大绿之源的林子，华师春野的白菜，期刊负责人为兰大达协的土楼。
