Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing you to introduce you the opportunity to participate in the India Youth Forum (http://www.indiayouthforum.org) which will be held in New Delhi from March 29 to April 01, 2012.
I would be delighted if you could call for participants via your network/organization. The deadline for sending in all the necessary documents for the application to the India Youth Forum is February 7th, 2012 (5th for international and 7th for Nepal only)
Attached you will find an introductory letter with all the necessary information regarding the application process and further information.
