乐施会政策倡导部招聘翻译及研究项目助理（截止日期2012年8月12日）

现在我们正为以下的职位进行招聘：

项目助理——翻译及研究

（1名，两年合同驻北京）

翻译及研究项目助理隶属于政策倡导部，受政策倡导部总监及其委派代表管辖，驻乐施会北京办公室。他/她主要负责向政策倡导部提供传译，写作及研究方面的支援，同时需与政策倡导部成员及香港乐施会其它团队合作和维持紧密联系。

一、工作职责：
1.负责为乐施会出版刊物及文件提供中英文笔译；
2.负责为政策倡导部的会议提供实时中英文口译；
3.负责政策倡导部的研究活动提供协助及撰写报告；
4.完成政策倡导总监及其委任的职能上级分配的其它工作。

二、成功申请者必须具有以下条件：

1.认同乐施会理念；

2.具有正规院校本科以上学历，尤其主修英语, 翻译或相关科目尤佳；

3.具有一年或以上相关经验，尤其国内/国际非政府组织(NGOs)领域工作经验为佳；

4.优秀的中英文书面和口头表达能力；

5.具备优秀的沟通能力及演讲技巧；

6.具备按优先次序及同时处理多重任务的能力, 能适应独立的或团队工作；

7.能熟练使用Office办公软件；

8.具备在压力状态下工作能力，并能按时完成工作。

We are recruiting the following member to join us in our anti-poverty work:

Campaign Assistant ——Translation and Research

(1 position, 2-year contract, based in Beijing)

The Campaign Assistant——Translation and Research is a member of Policy and Campaign Unit. S/he reports to PCU Director, with functional supervision delegated to a functional supervisor Works closely with members of the PCU and relevant OHK colleagues.
A.     Main Responsibilities
1.    Provide written Chinese and English translation for selected Oxfam publications and related documents
2.    Provide oral Chinese and English translation for PCU Unit meetings
3.    Provide support to research and report writing for PCU
4.    Undertake other tasks as identified by the PCU Director and the functional supervisor

B.    Qualification
1.Demonstrated knowledge of and identification with the values of OHK;
2.Basic knowledge about the civil society and non-profit sector in China.
3.Proven research experience;
4.Excellent command of English and Chinese (Mandarin);
5.Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills;
6.Ability to work both in team and independently;
7.Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
8.Preferably Bachelor degree in English, translation or other related field;
9.Work experience in Chinese/ international civil society organisations is an asset.

C.Welfare
Oxfam will provide the staff with generous welfare:
