中国绿色脉搏—中外对话绿色视频制作培训

Goal
To bring 30 students together in Beijing and teach them how to make a China’s Green Beat video, with the forward goal that they will produce their own video upon return to their home city.

目标
组织来自全国的30名学生汇集在北京，指导他们如何制作中国绿色脉搏视频并使他们能在回到自己的城市后独立制作视频。

Meeting participants
10 students representing Beijing and 20 students representing 7 other cities;
Equally male and female, foreign participants also desired where available.

会议参与者
10名来自北京和20名来自其他城市的学生；
男女参与数量相同，并有外国参与者。

Outline of meeting
The meeting will take place starting at 7pm on Friday April 4, 2008, and will conclude at 8pm on Sunday April 6, 2008.

会议大纲
会议将于2008年4月4日星期五下午七点开始至四月六日星期日晚八点结束。

Day 1: Student Arrival day
第一天：学生抵达北京

Day 2: How to do the Green Beat in 4 steps
第二天：制作绿色脉搏的四个步骤

Kick off speeches: What is China's Green Beat? What do we stand for? Who is China Dialogue?
开场演说：中国绿色脉搏是什么？我们代表什么？中外对话又是谁？

Step 1: How to brainstorm ideas for an episode: Creativity, abundance, uniqueness
This session will talk about creating the initial ideas for an episode, and will be followed by break out session, where the students get into groups of six. They will brainstorm many ideas from their hometown, as well as ideas that could be shot in a big city like Beijing (in preparation for Sunday).

第一步：如何为一集视频进行头脑风暴：创造性的、丰富的、独特的
这个环节将讨论如何创造每集最初的创意，然后会进行分组活动环节，学生们将分成六个小组。他们将进行头脑风暴，收集关于自己家乡的环境情况的创意，以及对于像北京这样的大城市的创意（为周日准备）。

Step 2: How to write and prepare an episode:
This session will be divided into three 30-minute segments, one for documentary format, one for comedy, and one for instructional. Will focus mostly on writing, but also making students aware that there is more to prepare than just a script: for example, props, actos, location prep, etc.

第二步：如何进行文字创作和对于视频的前期准备：
这个环节将被分成3个三十分钟的部分，分别是记录片形式，戏剧形式，教育形式。会主要关注于文字创作，并也将使同学们意识到文字以外的准备，例如道具，演员，拍摄场地等等。

Step 3: How to shoot an episode
This session will be taught my a videographer/cinematographer type professional. It should be followed up by a break out session, where people can step out of the hotel and try taking some simple shots to get familiar with camera use and taking shots (even though it may not be the exact same camera they have).

第三步：如何拍摄
这个环节将教授给学生相对专业的摄影技术，同时也将有一个活动环节，大家可以离开宾馆并尝试一些简单的拍摄熟悉摄像机的使用（尽管大家摄像机未必相同）。

Step 4: How to edit an episode
Also taught by a professional. Let's get 6 laptops or so installed with Adobe premie and about 5 minutes of footage/music, students sit in 6 groups. Then the teacher will set up file, and drag footage in, clip it, add music, add a subtitle. This is all done on the big screen so that the students can watch what is going on, and take turns trying the different tasks.

第四步：如何剪辑
由专业人士教授剪辑。首先我们配置好六台安装好Adobe premie并带有5分钟素材的笔记本电脑，学生将分六组。然后由老师提取文件，添加素材，剪辑，添加音乐，添加字幕。这个过程将都会在大屏幕上展示是学生可以直观的学习，然后轮流尝试不同的任务。

Dinner and activity
Leave the hotel site for some fresh air.
晚餐和活动离开宾馆体验新鲜空气。

Day 3: Creating a Green Beat episode!
The idea surrounding this day is that the students go out in groups of 5-7 to various parts of Beijing. They have 1 hour to get to site, 2.5 hours to gather footage, and 1 hour to get back to hotel.

第三天：制作一集绿色脉搏！
将学生们分成5至7人的小组分散到北京不同的区域。他们将有一个小时到达地点，两个半小时拍摄获得素材，一个小时返回。

Requirements for the Student Applicants
对于学生申请者的要求

(1) Be able to leave their home cities on April 2nd or 3rd and come to Beijing on for the weekend of April 4th-6th.
能在4月2号到3号离开他们的学校，来到北京参加4号到6号的会议！

(2) Have a video camera / HDD camera, or have easy access to one from their school.
有一个摄像机，或者可以从其它地方借用。

(3) Have a basic understanding of environmental issues (renewable energy, China’s current environmental problems,).
有对环境问题的基本的了解（可再生能源，中国当今的环境情况）。

(4) Be part of an environmental program or play an active role in an environmental group in their university.
在学校学习与环境相关的专业或者是学校的环保组织里的一名活跃分子。

(5) Ideal students are journalism, environmental science majors who have a good understanding of how to write a good journalistic story.
最理想的申请者是新闻或环境专业的学生并且能很好的构思一篇报道性文章。

(6) Basic understanding of English is a plus but not a requirement.
能用英语进行简单交流并能理解一些与环境有关的文章。

其他说明
（1）成功申请者的交通（火车硬卧标准）及食宿费用由培训组织方承担；
（2）活动结束后所有学员需要在1个月内完成自己所在地区的视频制作，组织方将进行集中评比，给予优胜者1000元的奖励；
（3）以个人名义申请或所在组织推荐均可；
（4）请于3月23日之前将申请表发送到
