1.13 实习第一天

之前在忙毕业论文，期末考试，所以寒假才开启实习。今天正巧主管又发烧请假了，除了收到了入职指南，没有被安排其他任何工作。加入了tower系统，觉得这个系统真高效，真好！可以看到机构所有人的日程安排和事项进程，大家的工作任务都十分透明，不存在壁垒也不再需要反复相互同步。系统里面还有专门的知识库，有环境相关的很多论文和知识包，我突然感觉到，很多知识就是可以自己习得的，“专业性”有时候是虚无的噱头。机构的入职指南非常清晰，给新实习生设置了明了具体的成长任务。期待主管不生病的日子吧！

1.22哈哈哈哈已经是实习第六天了（之前都没有更新，晕）
之前一直在做一个完全为0，没有任何基础的新项目的前期构想和桌面研究。主要是想做噪音防治，但是在找资料的时候发现找不到任何社会组织在做这一件事情，感到很沮丧并且后续的行动没有依托，没有看到可能性。但是又觉得，在此之前不存在，说明了没有行动参考的同时，也说明了后续无限开发的潜力，所以还是想要打起精神一步一步走稳。
之前没有上过坐班的工作，有时候长时间的坐班会产生很多倦怠，并且主管的管理是并不会一直布置任务的放养，早上走进办公室天还是蓝蓝的朝气蓬勃，傍晚走出办公室已经快要天黑，感觉到时间就这样流逝了。想要抓住一切成长的机会。
千禾的办公室在社区里，社区最近发生了流浪猫死亡事件，所以居民们都想着要行动起来，做一些事情，晚上参加了大家的线上讨论会，大家提出了很多的解法，无论是从养猫者、普通居民、高校、周边机构...各个主体都有一些资源和作用可以发挥。突然感觉到这个社区好有生机活力和公共意识！这一刻，我也感觉到我在社区里的“公共心”被唤起，“公共”存在，并且需要行动者。
