话说，主席大人今天又收到一封邮件，发现一年一次的大忽悠又开始了，有很多人向主席询问这个活动，为了让不明真相的群众深入了解这个活动，特此发帖！（话说当年，俺们在三峡上网发帖可是主席大人出钱请客的，主席是有钱淫~~[s:130] ）

『全国绿色领袖营』2010承办单位西安工程大学团委邀请函

主办单位具法律效力之『奖惩制度』免责声明：

由于本次主办单位【香港环境保护协会】与【中国高校环境保护协会】与承办单位【西安工程大学校团委】共同努力，提供一个极为难得的『全国绿色领袖营』给学生学习机会，因此申请学生必需提交团委老师书面推荐，主办单位亦会在『全国绿色领袖营』后为合格学生提供一份全国证书及向团委老师发出表扬函。

主办单位将会向有大志、正面、乐观、和谐『共同价值观』的杰出学生，在今次『全国绿色领袖营』后，邀请到香港出席『香港绿色领袖营』作鼓励与学习。

今次是『全国绿色领袖营』，并不是旅游营，因此全程一律禁止参营学生离开西安工程大学校园范围以确保安全；另外，若学生在『全国绿色领袖营』中表现不理想、不合群、反叛、破坏、80或90后群证，主办单位将严证取消各项补贴、资助、申报，并会向有关人仕追讨各项包括主办单位、承办单位等就有关筹备及实施今次项目的各项香港与国内行政费用，并会把有关数据向申请学生校团委进行投诉处理。（注：这条就是由于他们招募的20个营友十多个反对主席的政令专设，主席我在全国可是有分舵的，不听话的就要干掉，80后的不要，90后不要，我招00后）因此本次并不是一项免费旅游的机会，而是一项严谨、高规的『全国绿色领袖营』，请各申请者留意。 (注：主办单位将把已预留而被取消支付的补贴、资助、申报的费用，全数X2作慈善拨捐给有需要助学的农村中小学生。)
