Since our association was founded in 2001, it has experienced seven years’ wind and rain. In the seven years, there were difficulties and sweat, but more was happiness, laugh and harvest. our association’s aim is that “feel the nature by heart, protect the nature by love”. It is an organization for environmental science research also it is a type of organization for voluntary service for environmental protection. The activities of our organization are mainly about wetland scientific expedition and research, environmental protection education and public welfare propaganda, zoology and botany hobby and protection, the resource’s recycle and reuse,environmental protection subjecion socia practice and environmental protection of voluntary service and so on.
  In 2003, our association took part in the wetland ambassador action（WAA） which held by World Wild Foundation（WWF） under the help of school youth corps committee, which was a leap that from the quatity to the quality to our association. Some members of our association went to Anhui Shenjin Lake, which is a protected area by the country, to inspect and propaganda the wetland protection for 17 days and finished many science inspections and social investigation reports. Afer that, we held the action that protected the mother river in Fuzimiao, Baima Park and other places and showed the pictures among some universities.
  In 2004, World Wild Foundation were authorized “Wetland ambassador action’Center of Jiangsu Province” in our school. We organised and guided some brother’s school’s volenteers in Jiangsu Province to inspect the Qinhuai River, Tai Lake,Congming Island and Yancheng’s wetlands and its theme was “The wetland messenger moves again”. And We made some progresses, setting up the leader’s position of the Jiangsu Province university environmental protection organization. Because of it, our organization achieved many awards.
  In 2005 ,we took “insist the scientific progress, the wetland environmental protection propaganda” as the subject, having carried on the massive inspected investigation and study and the environmental protection propaganda activity to Tai Lake, having made the substantial progress. Simultaneously, “wetland ambassador action” the sub-element insisted the scientific development concept, riding the bicycle to places such as Suqian, Suzhou, Shanghai, Zhenjiang to carry on the wetland environmental protection propaganda. The members were’t afraid of the difficulties, and they did’t only arrive at the destination as scheduled, but also had made the remarkable progress.
  In 2006 , World Nature Foundation was authorized once more in our school establishing “Jiangsu Province wetland ambassador action to move’s center ”. The association soldiers were divided into two groups, going to Hongze Lake and Tai Lake to carried on by “the propaganda maintains the human potable water security, protects the fish life homeland” for the subject wetland propaganda,and made the remarkable progress.
  In 2007 , We formed a team participated in World Nature Foundation's wetland ambassador action to move, on the other hand setted up “Green Olympics volunteers Beijing” the speaking group together with the Nanjing University, carrying on Green Olympics to Beijing to speak the activity, and received the community high praise.
  During the making “wetland ambassador action” active brand's,We also was positively with Jiangsu governments, the organization and Jiangsu Province each big environmental protection organization and so on environmental protection bureau, forestry bureau, group provincial party committee, province students federation, Gulou District government had established the good functional relationship.
  This year we are going to organize a series of activities about “saving the energy and reducing the platoon” to call on students and others to save resources from theirselves.And now the Wetland ambassador action is beginning. We are preparing for it.
