Dear TUNZA-NEAYEN Youth Members,
The TUNZA North East Asia Youth Environment Network (TUNZA-NEAYEN) Steering Committee formally extends its invitation to request your participation in the “1ST TUNZA-NEAYEN Conference” to develop sub-regional youth perspectives on Millennium Development Goals as follows:
Registration & Reception 9 August 2005
Conference 10 to 11 August 2005
Field Excursion 12 August 2005
The Committee would like to convey its appreciation for your participation in the conference in advance and its belief and hope that your contribution will clarify the issues and tasks the members of the network face to move its activities forward.
As an invited youth members of the network, your expenses for travel (economy class) and accommodation (as prepared by the Committee) will be borne by the Committee. The Korea Secretariat will make your flight and organise an arrangement to meet you at the airport. Details of venue and accommodation are available on the network’s homepage (www.neayen.org). This letter of invitation can be used as an official document for the purposes of obtaining necessary travel documents (visa), if required.
We look forward to seeing you in good health in Seoul.
