As for WWF or Green Peace or anything similar, I've dropped quite a few applications in their mail boxes and hardly got any feedback. It wouldn't be easier to find a good offer, as I'd heard a lot from some friends of this circle. The situation is much different from what I'd anticipated too.

How long does it take from the first application to an interview? Is it necessary to have someone recommend someone to some HR?

Coz I found my first choice so wrong that I could feel it on my first working day. They have no focus in managing a company. Maybe because the managers are too young and too rich to understand the difference between profit and career.

我们自发的组织成立了青年环保组织——绿色北疆，在呼伦贝尔学院团委注册，一个共同的目的，让魅力城市呼伦贝尔更加美丽。希望更多的环保志愿者加入我们的队伍，让环保事业在这片热土上茁壮成长。
   绿色北疆（Green Northern）由内蒙古呼伦贝尔学院优秀环保志愿者组成，作为高校环保社团合作交流的平台而存在。 以“提高绿色意识，构建绿色家园，为了绿色生命，贡献绿色力量”为宗旨。绿色北疆致力于为内蒙古东北地区高校环保社团活动的交流平台,进行物资，经验，信息共享。并且与全国各地大学环保社团建立长期项目合作，通过组织各项活动，提高志愿者的自身素质，并使其获得相关专业基础知识，从而带动周围人加强绿色环保意识。
希望社会各界人士能够为环保事业贡献一份力量，支持我们，团结绿色力量，推广绿色理念，交流绿色文化，共建绿色家园。
