2007第二届大学生环保漫画·插画大赛

在2006年第一届成功举办的基础上，中国日报网、新漫网、中华环保基金会、中国新闻漫画研究会等机构将于2007年3月- 6月共同举办“2007第二届大学生环保漫画、插画大赛”。


大赛主题是：绿色与奥运。


奥运会是全球的体育盛宴，全民热情参与是奥运会成功举办的基础，更是奥运精神“参与比取胜更为重要”的最大化体现。大学生作为社会的一员，更应该积极参与到奥运的宣传和建设中去。


2008北京奥运会的三大主题是绿色奥运、科技奥运、人文奥运。绿色奥运更是排在2008年奥运会三大主题之首。举办“绿色与奥运”大学生环保公益漫画·插画大赛，旨在传递奥运精神，使绿色奥运传递到每一个公民，并借此大学生的热情和创意，展示当代大学生的魅力与风采，用蓝天和碧水迎接2008北京奥运的到来。


《2006大学生环保公益漫画、插画大赛》是由中国日报网、中华环境保护基金会、新漫网（中国新闻漫画网）、中国新闻漫画研究会共同举办，于2006年4月- 6月开赛，大赛得到了包括清华大学、浙江大学、复旦大学、四川大学、山东大学、天津大学、厦门大学、同济大学、中央美术学院、中国美术学院、中国传媒大学等全国几十所院校团委和学生会的支持。

组委会在短短一个半月的时间里，收到了来自中国、澳大利亚和加拿大等地百所高校1000多名在校大学生的2000多幅作品。中央美术学院王锐的18幅组画作品《呼唤》获得金奖。华南师范大学赖丰丽的作品《无题》和深圳大学张国才的作品《新巢》获得银奖。


2006年6月5日世界环境日之际，在中国日报社举行了隆重的颁奖仪式，著名漫画家丁聪、方成、王复羊、中国日报社副总编黄庆、中华环保基金会秘书长李伟等出席了颁奖仪式。中国教育电视台、北京电视台、北京晨报，北京晚报，竞报，中国环境报，新浪、搜狐、网易、人民网等30多家主流新闻媒体对此次活动进行了报道。


2007第二届大学生环保漫画、插画大赛在上一届的成功基础上，给大学生一个展示自己的创意和才华的舞台。主办方致力于将大赛办成每年一届的国际赛事。

新漫网

中国新闻漫画研究会

中国新闻漫画研究会是在中华人民共和国民政部注册，中华全国新闻工作者协会主管的全国一级社团组织，也是我国唯一的全国漫画社团。英文译名为：China Newscartoon Society 英文缩写为：CNS。其主要宗旨是团结、领导全国各大新闻报刊的漫画编辑和各省市新闻漫画团体，繁荣我国的新闻漫画创作，发展我国的新闻漫画事业。

About the contest


2007 University Cartoon Contest on Environment Protection is held this March. It’s the second time China Daily Website, Newscartoon, China Environment Protection Foundation, and China Newscartoon Society has organized such a contest. This year’s theme is Green and Olympic, combining environment protection and Olympics.


China will host a “Green Olympics” in 2008. Organizers want to appeal to all people protecting environment through cartoons. The contest is open to all university students, who are members of the society. They will show their passion for the games through their cartoons.


In 2006, more than 100 universities and colleges took part in the contest, including Tsinghua University, Fudan University, Zhejiang University, Central Academy of Fine Arts and China Academy of Art.


The annually held contest shows how talented the students are and how enthusiastic they are for protecting environment.

Newscartoon: New world of cartoons


Newscartoon is hosted by the China Daily Website and was co-launched by the China Journalistic Caricature Society. Since its launch on July 18, 2001, Newscartoon has attracted thousands of cartoonists and illustrators to contribute. The abundance of excellent art collections have turned Newscartoon into an Internet platform where thousands of cartoonists, illustrators and cartoon fans find a perfect place to display their work, communicate online, and learn from each other.

参赛作品要求：
1） 参赛创意由参赛人自由发挥。表现手法不限。参赛作品数量不限。
2） 纸上作品的图幅不小于A4（210mm×297mm）大小。请在作品背面贴上参赛表：标题、姓名、院校、地址以及详细联系方式等。
3）电子作品最长边不小于（1000像素）分辨率为300dpi，格式为jpg(颜色：RGB).大小不超过2兆。
4）作品说明：标明作品名称，作者姓名，笔名（可不写），学校院系名。电子邮件投稿的说明文本（TXT格式）文件，其内容包括：作品名称，学校及院系。

1：在线投稿——在大赛主页面注册后（信息要真实，方便获奖后通知你）可以直接上传。
2：电子邮件投稿——将作品通过电子邮件发送到大赛的专用邮箱。
3：邮局投稿——通过邮局、快递等形式邮寄到大赛主办地址。注明漫画大赛字样。

竞赛流程说明：
1）本次大赛不收取任何参赛费用。
2）提交漫画、插画作品；
3）参赛优秀作品网上展示；
4）根据网上的点击和投票数，每周统计出本周点击冠军和投票冠军各一名；
5）评选办法为网上投票与评委评选相结合；
6）大赛结果在中国新闻漫画网及其他媒体上刊登。

参赛作品的评审：
（1）参赛作品评审机构
评审委员会将由著名的漫画家、大学教授、环保专家等人员组成。
（2）参赛作品评比原则
评委会将秉承客观、公平、公正的原则对所递交的参赛作品进行评判和表决，并推荐出获奖作品。
（3）参赛作品评选结果的公布
参赛作品评选结果将于2007年6月5日公布。

大赛相关法律问题：
1、参赛作品不得违反有关法律、法规以及公认的道德规范。
2、参赛者对自己的参赛作品负责；参赛作品不得违反知识产权；参赛作品涉及的使用其他素材的版权问题，由参赛者负责；提交作品的团体或个人必须拥有参赛作品及其所有素材的所有权或使用权，不得剽窃、抄袭他人作品，一经发现上述行为立即取消其参赛、获奖资格，由此发生的法律纠纷由提交作品的团体或个人自行承担并负全责；并保证比赛举办者不受损失。
3、主办方充分尊重作者作品版权，对于入围作品、获奖作品，其作品使用权和版权归主办方和原作者共同所有。
4、对于所有参赛作品， 参赛者同意主办方拥有其参赛作品的使用权，主、承办方可以任何形式将参赛作品进行展示和传播，不另付酬。
5、作者一经提交作品参赛即代表完全接受大赛条款。

1) There is no limitation of numbers of participant’s submission.

2) Paper submission should not be smaller than 210mm*297mm. Please mark the title, participant’s name, college name, address and other contact information at the back.

3) If you submit your contribution via email, please follow the resolutions:

- 300 dpi (file size no bigger than 2MB)

- JPG

- RGB

- longest side of the file should be under 1000 pixels

4) Explanation of paper contributions: names of the work, author and university are necessary, author’s pen name is selective.

Caption of email contribution should be at TXT format.

13. Copyrights

1) The organizers reserve the right to refuse entries they consider morally, politically or religiously offensive, as well as work that is considered in contravention of the
