Green Point is a local non-profit organization with branches in about 50 university associations in Guangdong. Green Point endeavor to raise the environmental protection consciousness of the people through education and advocacy. Our partners are from Hong Kong, Japan and the US. In the past 5 years, we have been providing capacity building trainings for the leaders of the environmental societies in colleges and conducting public education in sustainable development among the people in 3 cities. Sustainable, Non - violence, Personal and Cooperation is our value.

As the Chief Executive Officer, you will be in charge of the day-to-day operation of Green Point, including organization management, project management, administration, human resources, finance and evaluation. Further, you will work as a leader to promote the development of Green Point, to improve our work and to push Green Point to go to a higher level and make deeper impacts in the environmental protection field.

作为秘书长，你会负责管理绿点的日常运营事务，包括：组织和项目管理，行政，人力资源，财务和评估。此外，作为组织的负责人，你还要致力于推动绿点的发展，使得绿点的工作可以提升层次，并且产生更加深远的影响。


Main responsibilities: 主要责任:

1.  Manage the organization and lead the team, to fulfill the strategic objectives made by the board.
组织管理和领导团队，以完成理事会制订的战略目标。

2.  Ensure the effective performance of the teams through staff coaching, development training and performance reviews.
通过员工辅导、发展培训和绩效评估，确保团队有效率的工作。

3.  Ensure that the budgets for organization are in line with the priorities, so as to forecast the financial performance and optimize the resource planning for the organization as a whole.
优先确保财务预算和项目工作的一致性，以便通过预测组织的财务表现，优化组织整体的资源配置。

4.  Ensure the projects to be executed smoothly and to be finished on time.
确保项目可以顺畅执行，按时完成。

5.  To be representative of the organization to face with the public.
代表组织面对公众。

6.  Monitor and evaluate the ongoing functions and division of impact within the organization.
监督和评估组织内各项职能和分工所产生的影响。


任职条件
1．Share the Green Point’s values
2．Environmental Protection and Organization Management experiences are preferable
3．28 to 40 years of age is preferable
4．Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese is a plus

2．有环保和组织管理经验者优先。
3．年龄最好在28到40岁之间。
4．有流利的英语口语和书写能力和粤语能力者优先。
