重庆生物多样性保护主流化和能力建设项目(ECBP重庆地方示范项目)执行办公室,继2月1号招聘项目行政经理后,现又向社会公开招聘以下两个新职位:
职位1#:项目财务官员(重庆)
Project Background: Chongqing is a biodiversity-rich area of China, but is also an area of one of the most intensive conflicts between economic development and biodiversity conservation. Chongqing has committed itself to stem the loss of biodiversity and mainstream the biodiversity conservation. A consortium under the leadership of the Chongqing Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau (CQEPB, see http://www.cepb.gov.cn) is implementing a field project of EU-China Biodiversity Programme - Mainstreaming Biodiversity Conservation and Capacity Building in Chongqing Municipality (hereafter cited as CQECBP). Fauna and Flora International China Programme Office (see www.ffichina.org), an international conservation non-governmental organization is the international partner of this project.
Position: Project Financial Officer (Located in Chongqing)
Being the project accountant, Major duties and responsibilities include:
1. Prepare routine advances, invoices and financial reports as required
2. Develop internal and external financial policy
3. Monitor and review the accuracy of expenditures of local partners according to budget and finance policy, and provide finance support when necessary
4. Follow expenditure process and analyze the deviation between actual expenditure and budget
5. Assist in administrative tasks and translation/interpretation work if necessary
6. Other works designated by the project output coordinator
Duration: 24 months (a few months will be extended when necessary)
Reporting: This position will directly report to the project output coordinator
Requirements:
l College Degree or above, major in finance;
l Have Accounting Certificate;
l At least three years related accounting experiences;
l Fully experience with financial soft wares and Microsoft Excel and other MS office application;
l Fluency in oral and written English
l Good team spirits and be honest and dedicated;
l Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
l Dedicated to biodiversity conservation
l Experience in international cooperative project will be a plus
职位2#:行政助理兼翻译(重庆)
Position: Administrative Assistant/Translator (Local)
Background: Chongqing is a biodiversity-rich area of China, but is also an area of one of the most intensive conflicts between economic development and biodiversity conservation. Chongqing has committed itself to stem the loss of biodiversity. A consortium under the leadership of the Chongqing Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau will be implementing the Integrated Demonstration Project on Biodiversity Conservation and Capacity Building in Chongqing Municipality.
Being the project accountant, Major duties and responsibilities include:
1. Assist in organizing meetings and workshops, communicating with partners and various stakeholders
2. Assist arranging logistics of international and national experts, visitors and guests; deal with internal and external correspondences, calls, emails and inquiries
3. Assist in monitoring the progress of all project activities, drafting progress and annual technical reports, and drafting subcontracts
4. Assist in making work plans
5. Translate reports, papers, plans and publications; work as interpreters during meetings, workshops and visits when necessary
6. Other tasks designated by administrative manager
Requirements:
l At least possess a bachelor’s degree in English, ecology, natural resource management, environmental studies or other field related to biodiversity conservation;
l Good team working spirit and communication skills
l Excellent computer skills in MS Office and other ordinary soft wares
l Familiar with adaptive management approach.
l Fluency in spoken, oral and written English
l Creative, good interpersonal skills and commitment to biodiversity conservation.
l Working experience in government agency, international organization or NGO will be a plus.
Duration: 24 months (a few months will be extended when necessary)
Reporting: This position will directly report to the project administrative manager
