行动援助是一个以消除贫困为宗旨的国际联盟组织。国际行动援助于1972年成立于英国，2004年秘书处迁到南非。30多年来，我们不断发展，在全球40多个国家开展工作帮助了超过1300万最贫穷和最弱势的群体，改善了他们生存和发展的状况。



在中国，我们与研究机构、媒体和民间团体一道，共同关注有关贫困农民、农民工以及妇女面对的问题，在资源管理、农村金融、生态农业、传统知识保护、气候变化、及贸易全球化影响等领域进行政策探索和倡导。



到2007年，我们在河北、陕西、甘肃、贵州和广西等五省区共建立了13个县级发展示范区，在37个乡镇的171个行政村开展了扶贫及社会服务等农村综合发展工作，约有15万中国妇女、儿童和贫困农民直接或间接受益。



Actionaid International is a partnership organisation with a mission to work with poor and excluded people to eradicate poverty and injustice. Formed in 1972, we have grown and expanded for over 30 years and now work in over 40 countries worldwide, helping 13 millions of the poorest and most disadvantaged people.



In China, in alliance with research institutions, media, and non-governmental organisations, Actionaid concerns about the issues confronting poor farm households, rural migrant workers, and women. We conduct policy research and put forth our advocacy work in areas of natural resource management, rural finance, eco-agriculture, preservation of traditional knowledge, climate changes, and the impacts of trade and globalisation.



By 2007, Actionaid has established 13 Development Areas (DA) in 13 counties of 5 provinces in China, working with rural people in 171 villages in 37 townships to eradicate poverty and promote comprehensive development of rural community. About 150 thousand women, children and poor farmers directly or indirectly have benefited from our work.

工作地点：北京（偶尔出差）



主要职责：

外部职责：

·      负责接洽电脑及其他设备的供货商和服务提供商

·      对行动援助的国际合作方，包括农民团体和WTO网络提供电脑技术支持

·      为行动援助及合作伙伴设计和维护网站工作



内部职责：

·      为中国行动援助提供电脑系统的技术支持。

·      建立及维护广域网支持体系，为支持行动援助政策及执行提高及配置新技术。

·      根据行动援助的标准和政策确保电脑/信息系统的软、硬件及网络和系统软件的更新。

·      在北京及区域层面提供WINDOWS 服务器和Exchange电邮服务器以及局域网的技术支持。

·      对财务的SUN系统、以及对筹资相关的全球数据应用系统的技术支持。

·      负责支持并维护行动援助中国网站的日常管理及更新。

·      根据行动援助的IT/IS的政策及预算，分析新技术的发展趋势并对直属上级提供电脑信息配置方面的建议。

·      确认员工需求，提供员工IT/IS的能力建设，制订和执行培训计划。

·      根据全球IT/IS战略规划，与行动援助其他国家建立联系，以确保系统的创新及新技术的实施。

·      为机构的有效信息沟通提供技术支持。

·      网络安全及权限管理，并设置应用体系。



任职资格：

·      电脑技术专业本科以上学历，硕士学位优先

·      至少有3年以上本专业工作经历

·      在局域网络建设，广域网的支持方面有良好的知识及经验

·      具备MCSE及CISCO资格证书者优先考虑

·      有WINDOWS系统的管理经验 （WINDOWS服务器，Exchange服务器及防火墙）并具有台式机管理系统的知识 （WINDOWS 2000/xp）及经验

·      具备路由器配置及防火墙设置的技能，并具备无线网络的技术能力

·      能够很好的理解当前IT技术的发展，包括网站的建设及管理

·      愿意去项目点出差

Job Title: IT/IS Coordinator

Location: Beijing



Responsibilities

External:

·      Liaise with suppliers and other service providers

·      Provide IT support and set up to ActionAid International partners, including farmers groups and WTO Network.

·      Design and development of websites for selected partner groups

  

Internal:

·      Providing technical support to all computer systems within ActionAid International China

·      Maintaining a Wide Area Network setup by improving and deploying new technologies inline with ActionAid policies and procedures

·      Ensuring that changes to IT/IS Hardware, Network and systems software are in line with ActionAid standards and policies

·      Providing support on Local Area Network systems in Windows Server, exchange Server at the Head office and support other Local Area Networks in the Regional offices

·      Providing support in SUN systems, NK, CMIS to ensure donor database is accessed through Lease line bandwidth monitoring

·      Designing and maintaining ActionAid International China website

·      Advising the Head of operation on new trends in technology and provide analysis as to when to deploy them in ActionAid in accordance with policy and budgetary guidelines

·      Identifying staff and select of partner IT capacity building needs, developing and implementing effective training programme to address the identified skills gap

·      Creating links with other ActionAid country programmes in systems innovation and new technologies in the implementation of global IT/IS strategies

·       Supporting the organisation communication

·      Security and access rights and deployment of applications



Job Competencies

·     At least a first degree in Computer Science, and a Masters will be an added advantage

·     Minimum of 3 years experience in a busy computer systems environment

·     Sound knowledge in Local Area Network Setup, administration and support & Wide Area Network Setup

·     A MCSE certification is desirable for this position and a CISCO Certification will be an added advantage

·     Practical knowledge in Windows Systems (Windows Server, Exchange Server and Software firewalls) and good knowledge in Desktop operating systems (Windows 2000 Prof. / XP) as well as applications
