美国国际人口服务组织（PSI）云南办事处招聘FSW项目助理（截至6/10）

　　国际人口服务组织（PSI）是一个非赢利组织，致力于改善低收入人群和弱势人群的健康状况，利用灵活创新的商业手段来推广产品和服务，通过有针对性的交流策略促进健康行为。PSI总部位于华盛顿特区，始建于1970年，在60多个国家开展疟疾、生殖健康、儿童健康和艾滋病等领域的项目。
　　PSI中国项目自2003年成立以来,开拓性地以社会营销的方式开展艾滋病和疟疾预防项目。为了降低艾滋病病毒在高危人群中的感染,我们在艾滋病高发的云南省和广西自治区,针对女性性工作者及注射吸毒者等主要目标人群实施艾滋病预防项目。
　　2007年,我们在云南省疟疾多发地区启动了疟疾预防项目以减少疟疾的发病率。

　　Project Assistant
　　工作地点：云南省蒙自市
　　Based in Mengzi County, Yunnan Province
　　隶属于：女性性工作者项目经理
　　Report to: FSW Program Manager  
　　工作职责 Responsiblities
　　作为PSI红河州项目在蒙自办公室的代表
　　Represent PSI representative working in Mengzi, Honghe prefecture
　　协助项目经理完成女性性工作者项目的日常运作，包括对员工及项目需求的监督评估
　　Support the Program Manager in the daily operation of FSW Program, including supervision of staff and monitoring program needs.
　　与红河州疾病预防控制中心紧密合作，协助PSI在红河州的女性性工作者活动中心的正常运作及活动安排
　　Assist FSW DIC running and activities arrangement in line cooperation with MZ CDC
　　与主要人员一起合作，按要求准备活动计划和项目报告
　　Prepare program plan and report as required in consultation with key program staff.
　　用有效方式与团队沟通计划，并做出决定或采取行动确保各项任务的落实
　　Communicate the workplans and decisions or actions to the team as in a effective manner, so to ensure the tasks will be follow through.
　　管理项目经费、准备采购清单和发票
　　Manage project budget and prepare voucher and receipt accordingly
　　发展活动中心会员
　　Develop membership of DIC with key staff
　　准备培训计划和其它健康材料协助完成培训活动，并向目标人群提供必要培训
　　Assist the training program to draft educational curriculums, and other health promotion toolkits and materials. Also provide relevant training to the target group
　　与员工一起开展外展活动
　　Conduct outreach activities with staff
　　协助项目经理完成活动中心和外展活动数据的收集和分析，并提交每月数据报告Assist the Program Manager to oversee the data collection, analysis and reporting. Generate and submit monthly data report of DIC and outreach activities
　　遵循项目计划协调并开发宣传教育材料，为目标人群制作时事通讯及相关材料
　　Coordinate and develop IEC materials in line with the program marketing plan. Draft behavioral change communication newsletters or relevant materials for target audience.
　　愿意在晚上和周末工作
　　Be willing to work in the evening or weekend
　　完成其它的工作安排
　　Conduct other tasks assigned
　　条件 Qualifications:
　　对艾滋病预防领域感兴趣
　　Be interested in field of HIV prevention
　　具有开放的思维，愿意与女性性工作者接触和工作
　　Open and dedication to work with FSW
　　良好的协调和管理能力
　　Strong coordination and management skills
　　良好的团队合作精神，能够在要求的期限内完成多项工作
　　Good team working spirit and ability to cope with deadlines and multi-tasks
　　有1－2年非政府工作经验者优先考虑
　　Preferable to have 1-2 years experiences working in NGOs
　　本科及以上学历（社会学，英语或相关专业）
　　University degree in social study or English relevant
