Target participants: 150 - 200 university students from over 15
different Asian regions
Delegation fee: HKD $600 per person [HKD $480 per person for early

Highlight of the Summit

Workshops
- Each workshop group will contribute to a solid output on different
aspects of the climate change issue.

Expert Panel Discussions
- Distinguished experts on climate change will be invited to share
their views in panel discussions

Social Events
- A number of social events would be held to enable delegates to get
to know each other and create bonds of friendship and co-operation
across Asia

Summit Declaration
- Output from each workshop would be merged to form the Summit
declaration
- The declaration will be sent to different interested parties

Green Student Leader Hang Seng Scholarship Fund
The objective of the scholarship is to provide educational grants to
the deserving Asian young delegates of Asian Youth Climate Summit 08.
The scholarhip is only applicable for Asian students. All the
successful applicants of the Scholarship may not be able to cover all
travel expenses, but there would be full scholarship in some cases.
