国际计划是一个发展性的国际非政府组织，从1995年起在中国开展工作。国际计划被公认为是一个在世界占领先地位的以儿童为中心、以社区整体发展为目标的世界性组织。现拟招聘在中国总部工作的以下关键岗位人员。

Community-driven Development (CDD) Program Coordinator
社区主导型发展项目协调员
Duty station: Baishui County, Shaanxi Province
工作地点：陕西省白水县

Responsibilities主要职责：
Working with the CDD program consultant to plan, implement and mange the CDD program in Baishui county, including program Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E);
与国际计划社区发展顾问（CDD项目顾问）一起计划、实施、管理国际计划中国办公室在白水的社区主导型发展项目，包括项目的监测与评估工作；
To provide necessary technical support, such as program design, program financial management, risk management, program M & E etc , for the other CDD program area;
为国际计划中国办公室在其他社区主导型发展项目区提供技术支持工作， 如：项目设计、项目过程中的财务、风险管理、社区项目的监测与评估等；
To provide necessary training (e.g. basic theory in development, Gender equity etc) and other capacity building activity (e.g. team building, evaluation design and confliction management skill etc.)for Baishui government CDD program officers and sometimes Plan staff;
在项目技术顾问的支持下为国际计划县项目办公室和政府部门项目办公室在项目设计方面提供培训，如：项目设计过程中的发展理念、社会性别等，和其它能力建设活动，包括团队建设、项目过程的评估设计、冲突解决能力等；
To provide necessary training, for example, participatory methodology and other capacity building activity like community mobilization & program information dissemination for other program officer;
给地方合作伙伴和其他的相关项目人员提供必要的培训（如信息扩散、社区动员等技巧）等；
To work with the local poverty alleviation departments in problem solving during the CDD program; for instance, the activity like go to community to solve the confliction between the community-based organization and investigate some complain raised by the villagers ;
与地方扶贫部门一起工作，解决CDD项目中出现的问题，如项目执行过程中社区出现的各种冲突和投诉；
In charge of the team admin management, including documentation, program financial etc.
负责本地项目团队的行政管理（包括项目文档、项目系统管理、财务、行政等）
To facilitate necessary research work and regular checking and draft necessary report or program proposal;
负责协调项目过程中可能的调查、研究、日常检查等工作，并负责起草项目建议书以及必要的报告等工作；
Experience of hands on participatory development with this target group (not just village leaders and government officials but children) is an essential part of the skill set.
运用儿童权利及儿童参与的知识和技能，在社区开展项目工作。

Requirements要求条件:
College Degree or above, major in Social development or other relevant disciplines;
大学或以上学历，社会发展或相关的专业背景为佳；
At least 3 years experiences in program management, or relevant rural area development program experiences and government partnership development experiences;
至少3年以上的项目管理、或农村项目工作经验、或与地方政府\其他合作伙伴一起工作的经验；
Having a sensitivity to Child Rights and good understanding of human rights-based issues;
对儿童权利及其他人权相关问题有较好的理解及敏感性；
Good adaptation to working pressure and strong management skill;
良好的工作压力适应能力及预算管理能力；
Good communication skill and team work spirit;
良好的人际交流技能和团队合作精神；
Good command in training design and training skill, rich community training experience would be prefer;
良好的培训设计及培训能力，有社区培训工作经验者为佳；
Excellent English and Chinese fluency both orally and in written, especially for bilingual report and program proposal writing;
良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力，尤其是报告及项目建议书的撰写；
Excellent computer skill (good command in Microsoft Word\Excel\outlook\PPT);
良好的电脑技能（熟练掌握Microsoft Word\Excel\outlook\PPT）；
Ability and willingness to travel to project field, 50% of working time in project visiting and supporting.
能够和愿意经常出差，特别是下乡（不少于50%的工作时间）；

Plan 的人中英文还不赖，和跨国公司合作的项目比较多。有一些项目比较有创意，比如组织公司CSR部门的人去农村实地考察——field trip能够帮助企业发现社区中的需要，并从中发挥作用。
