　　Plan China an international development NGO, working in China since 1995 and recognised as one of the world leaders in child-focused integrated community development, is recruiting for the following key positions in our Country Office.
　　国际计划是一个发展性的国际非政府组织，从1995年起在中国开展工作。国际计划被公认为是一个在世界占领先地位的以儿童为中心、以社区整体发展为目标的世界性组织。现拟招聘在中国总部工作的以下关键岗位人员。
　　1. Program Unit Manager
　　项目区经理
　　Duty station: One county in Shaanxi Province
　　工作地点：陕西省某所辖县
　　Responsibilities主要职责：
　　The position carries responsibility for the overall management of Program, Grants and Sponsorship activities in the Program Unit according to Plan's Domain Goals and Principles.  The PUM will lead and develop the team in his/her assigned program unit and be responsible for program quality, budgetary and financial control and the production and distribution of all sponsorship communication items.
　　该职位根据国际计划的项目领域目标和原则，负责所在项目区的一切项目、赠款和儿童交流活动的管理工作。项目区经理将领导和发展其所管理的团队，负责项目质量、预算和财务控制以及所有儿童交流工作。
　　Requirements:要求条件：
　　-University Degree or equivalent;
　　-大学本科或同等学历；
　　-Minimum Experience of three years of managerial experience of managing people or projects;
　　-至少有3年的人员或项目的管理经验；
　　-Interested in, committed to and having adequate knowledge of children's right issues;
　　-热心致力于儿童权利事业，并具备相应知识；
　　-High level of leadership skills；
　　-高水平的领导技能；
　　-High level of negotiation skills;
　　-高水平的谈判技能；
　　-Crisis management and problem solving skills；
　　-有危机管理和解决问题的能力；
　　-High level of strategy and concept skills;
　　-策略性和概念性思维能力强；
　　-Good inside/outside organisational communication skills;
　　-有良好的组织内部及组织间的沟通能力；
　　-High level of training and presentation skills;
　　-培训和表达能力强；
　　-Good written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
　　-中英文良好；
　　-Fully experience with the MS office application (esp. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook);
　　良好的电脑技能（尤其在使用 Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook方面）；
　　-Dedicated to helping poor children and their families in rural areas.
　　-能够和愿意经常出差, 特别是下乡。
　　2. Child Participation Specialist
　　儿童参与专员
　　Duty station: Country Office in Xian
　　工作地点：位于西安的国家办公室
　　Main responsibilities:
　　-To conceptualize child participation framework of Plan China and develop manual for operationalizing the framework;
　　-开发国际计划（中国）儿童参与的概念框架以及未来的执行工作指南；
　　-To provide technical support and advise on all child participation-related projects or components of programs
　　-为所有和儿童参与相关的项目或项目活动提供技术支持；
　　-To support the program manager on developing new grant proposals and reporting to donors.
　　-支持项目经理开发新的赠款项目以及赠款报告的完成。
　　Requirements:
　　-University degree or above in social or political sciences or any related field
　　-大学学士或以上学位，社会学、政治学或其它相关专业
　　-At least 5 years experience in development work in a senior technical capacity on child rights based programming or any related field.
　　-拥有至少5年在发展领域从事基于儿童权利项目或相关的核心技术能力；
　　-Commitment to child rights , good interpersonal skills, coordinating ability and team spirit;
　　-热爱儿童权利事业，良好的人际沟通，善于团队工作，有较强的协调能力；
　　-Dedicated to helping poor children and their families in rural areas;
　　-热心帮助农村贫困儿童及其家庭；
　　-Good computer skills;
　　-良好的电脑技能;
　　3. HR Assistant/ Translator
　　人力资源助理兼翻译
　　Duty station: Country Office in Xian
　　工作地点：位于西安的国家办公室
　　Responsibilities:
　　主要职责：
　　To provide secretarial assistance in human resources management and development; to be responsible for collection of human resources data; and to assist in carrying responsibility for Plan China translation work.
　　协助人力资源部日常工作的开展；负责人力资源信息的统计和管理；协助承担国际计划中国的英汉互译工作。
　　Requirements:
　　要求条件：
　　-University Bachelor Degree or above(preferably in English or Translation);
　　-大学学士或以上学位，英文或翻译专业为佳；；
　　-Excellent oral and written communications in both English and Chinese;
　　-优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
　　-Teaming attitude, honest and dedicated, and attention to details;
　　-有团队合作精神，正直敬业并且注重细节；
　　-Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
　　-良好的沟通及人际能力；
　　-High level of computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook);
　　高水平的电脑技能（尤其在使用 Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook方面）；
　　-Ability and willingness to travel, especially in fields (20% of working time);
　　-能够和愿意经常出差, 特别是下乡（20％的工作时间）；
　　-Dedicated to helping children and families in need
　　-热心帮助农村贫困儿童及其家庭；
　　-Experience in human resources management or administration is useful.
　　-有人力资源管理或行政管理工作经验者优先考虑。
