FONT-FAMILY: Arial"> came together worked on the topic of the relationship between youth and environment. The theme of the congress was “North East Asia Youth Environment Partnership on Dust and Sand Storms”. As is commonly acknowledged, in northeast </span><place /><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Asia</span></place /><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">, sand storm is an increasingly austere issue to every country. We hope this congress will generate full discussion and communication between the young attendants, and a blueprint of cooperation on which we will work in the next year and in the future with the same aim.<br /><!----></span><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><br /><!---->T</span></b><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">hree days time of the congress is not long, but enough for us to remember: during the daytime, via attending the speech of the attendants, experts’ speech, </span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">workshop, and information reaction, every of us got to know the situation of desertification of every country, and composed the frame work of the next movement. In the night, a lot of attendants joined the discussion of documentation team and facilitator team. Positively was everybody taking part in every sort of work and discussion, and cordially did everybody hope to do her/ his part for the improvement of environment of the whole area.</span></p><p /><p /><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 15.6pt 0cm; mso-para-margin-top: 1.0gd; mso-para-margin-right: 0cm; mso-para-margin-bottom: 1.0gd; mso-para-margin-left: 0cm"><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><strong>B</strong>esides the discussions of the conference, we have other way for communication: a fun team was formed by some representatives in the very beginning of the conference, in order to bring a breezy atmosphere to the conference. In the last day of the conference, all the attendants made a visit to the material production base of BAYER in the suburban, through the visit and interpretation we all possessed deeper understandings about clean production and cooperate social responsibility. Dressed in their national apparels in the Cultural Exchange Party, attendants from every country displayed their own traditional culture and shared food with each other. There was no boundary, no conflict in the excellent party, but only laughter, singing and dancing of the young people.<br /><!----></span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"></span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><strong>A</strong>nd after </span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">the party of the last day, every attendant did not seem satisfied, and went to the room parties in groups, most of which was brought to an end until </span><time hour="6" minute="0" /><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">6 o’clock</span></time /><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"> in the morning, because every minute together was much cherished by every of us. Despite the barriers of language between us, most of the attendants pipe their eyes when the moment came to say ‘see you’. </span></p><p /><p /><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 15.6pt 0cm; mso-para-margin-top: 1.0gd; mso-para-margin-right: 0cm; mso-para-margin-bottom: 1.0gd; mso-para-margin-left: 0cm"><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><strong>I</strong> can see a remarkable growth of myself, notwithstanding only three days to spend in this conference. I was very fortunate to be the National Focal Point of TUNZA-NEAYEN </span><country-region /><place /><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">China</span></place /></country-region /><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"> this year. And preparations for this conference already commenced at the beginning of the year. We were cooperating with colleagues from </span><country-region /><place /><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Korea</span></place /></country-region /><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"> and </span><country-region /><place /><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Japan</span></place /></country-region /><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"> via online meeting, e-mail, telephone and any other possible access in this half year time. To me it was a precious opportunity to practice as well as a challenge. At the same time with this preparation, I also organized a nation-wide workshop about the work of TUNZA, on which I introduced TUNZA and NEAYEN to the young participants. Tiring was the trip though, I believe it was significant. Every time organizing workshop of TUNZA makes me feel happy because I believe to transfer the idea of TUNZA to young people is a responsibility of every TYAC member.<br /><!----></span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"></span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><strong>I</strong>n the process of the conference, I understand that not only </span><country-region /><place /><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">China</span></place /></country-region /><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"> but also TYAC in northeast </span><place /><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Asia</span></place /><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"> did I represent. As a TYACer, I know that I should be a bridge between TYAC and NEAYEN. In the conference, alongside with communication with representatives, participation in the NFPs Meeting, and moderating the team meeting in the evening, I was also responsible to transmit the voices and activities of youths in northeast </span><place /><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Asia</span></place /><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"> to the global range. The conference made me to do more, and help me consolidate my determination to work for the cause of environmental conservation. </span></p><p /><p /><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 15.6pt 0cm; mso-para-margin-top: 1.0gd; mso-para-margin-right: 0cm; mso-para-margin-bottom: 1.0gd; mso-para-margin-left: 0cm"><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><strong>A</strong>s youth, there are keywords uniquely to us; passion, confidence, courage do we possess sufficiently to answer any challenge. Qua conscientious youth in northeast </span><place /><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Asia</span></place /><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">, I think, we are completely able to move forward as we are supposed to, the reason for which is that we are not alone; we have enough young men working with us from all over the world. Youth is a promise, a promise made to the time we are living in---this is the power of NEAYEN to advance. </span></p><p /> |
