　　吉林省珲春市是中国著名的“东北虎之乡”。为推动中国的野生东北虎保护工作，提高珲春市的国际知名度，国家林业局和吉林省人民政府决定，于２０１０年6-8月期间举办以“加强中国野生东北虎保护、探索人虎和谐相之路”为主题的“中国珲春.东北虎国际文化节”系列宣传、保护、教育、文艺表演及旅游推介等活动，中心活动日定为8月7—8日。
　　在此，我们诚挚地邀请您关注和参加“中国珲春.东北虎国际文化节”各项精彩活动，体验虎乡珲春独有的秀美山川和民族风情，与我们携手为中国的野生东北虎保护加油、助力！

Dear Sir/Madam:
The “International Amur Tiger Festival” will be held on August 7-8, 2010 in Hunchun,China. It is the second Tiger Festival held in Hunchun, the “Home of Amur Tigers in China”
since 2009. This event is sponsored jointly by State Forestry Administration andGovernment of Jilin Province, co-sponsored by Wildlife Conservation Society, Yanbian Tourism Bureau and Yanbian Forestry Bureau, and hosted by Hunchun Municipal Government and Management Bureau of Hunchun National Amur Tiger Nature Reserve.We are pleased to invite you to this important event and join us to celebrate the Chinese Year of the Tiger.A series of public outreach activities are scheduled from June to August, 2010, which
devotes to raise public awareness on tiger conservation, and seek solutions for human and tigers coexisting in harmony. The programme of the Festival is attached for your reference.It is an honor and privilege to have you participate in this great event as our distinguished guest. We are looking forward to receiving your confirmation of participation, and any comment concerning the arrangements at your earliest convenience.
