WWF, the conservation organization with 26 years of experience in China, is seeking a highly motivated HR professional to join our team to be based in Beiing China
Main Function:
Carry out the following tasks to insure effective human resources management in WWF China: recruiting, staffing, compensation and benefit, training & career development, safety and health and employee relations.
Main Responsibilities:
Support to develop HR strategies, programs, policies and procedures in line with global HR strategy and CPO strategy.
According to CPO business strategy to carry out workforce planning and recruitment work and staffing management.
Produce creative C&B plan to meet business needs, and implement that.
Providing HR consulting services to departmental head when necessary.
Labor contract management and ensure that adhere with labor laws & regulations.
Performance review and people development management.
Support supervisor to refine performance management system and improve KPI efficiency.
Develop, supervise and implement CPO training programs, such as new employee orientation, leadership, soft-skills and other training programs when required.
Conduct annual staff satisfaction survey.
Help supervisor to conduct HR issues analysis and propose solutions to senior management team.
HRIS maintaining.
Coordinate the administration of employee safety, health, recreation and benefits programs.
Keep regular contacts with Beijing FESCO and other locations FESCO agents to ensure providing employee services to all China staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, master degree is preferred.
3-5 years working experience in Human Resources, at least 3 years experience in compensation and benefit management field.
Familiarity with China labor law is essential.
Experience with HRIS management.
Project and/or program management ability, having consultancy experience is a plus
Able to work in teams.
Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
Enthusiasm for change and challenging convention.
Very well organized, and able to multi-task.
Very good English.
