牵手成都（HandsOn Chengdu, HOC）于2008年由牵手网络在中国的第一个分支牵手上海（HandsOn Shanghai）创立。
牵手成都的主要目的是发现本地民间机构的需求，并为繁忙的上班族组织灵活的志愿者项目，致力于在成都的慈善事业和那些有意愿参与到社区活动中的人之间搭建一个平台。

Hands On Chengdu (HOC) was founded in 2008 by members of the Hands On Shanghai affiliate, China's first official affiliate.
Hands On Chengdu's primary objective is to identify the needs of local NGOs and organize flexible volunteer programs for busy professionals。We works to create a balance between the needs of Chengdu's charities and social service provider and the availability of those looking to become involved in community activities.
